1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and AXAIDI Inc. (“AXAIDI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for, accessing, or using AXAIDI services, websites, or telephony features, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

AXAIDI provides an autonomous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform equipped with:

• Autonomous 24/7 AI voice phone agents and call dispatching
• Lead management pipelines, scheduling, and customer records
• Automated customer communications (SMS, Email, Voice)
• Instant hosted business landing pages and chat widgets
• Payment invoicing and subscription billing management

3. Telephony and Recording Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that AXAIDI provides tools for automated call handling, voice intelligence, and call recording. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international telecommunications and wiretapping laws, including:

• Consent to Record: Providing proper disclosure and obtaining consent from callers before recording calls where required by law (including two-party consent jurisdictions in the USA and UAE telecommunication regulations).
• Do Not Call & TCPA: Ensuring outbound calls and automated messages comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and national Do-Not-Call registries.
• No Emergency Services: AXAIDI telephony agents do not support 911 or any emergency telephone service calling.

4. Account Responsibility & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and multi-factor authentication setup. You agree to notify AXAIDI immediately of any unauthorized use or security compromise of your business account.

5. Subscriptions, Invoicing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe or PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service remains active through the conclusion of the paid billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXAIDI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of business revenue, or data loss arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
