Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Kickoff Full Refund Guarantee
If you place a project order or accept a proposal and wish to cancel before our engineering team begins Phase 01 Architecture Discovery (within 24 hours of order placement), you are entitled to a 100% full refund with zero cancellation fees.
2. Milestone-Based Escrow & Pro-Rata Refunds
Our engineering delivery follows a structured milestone pipeline. In the rare event of project cancellation during an active sprint:
- •Completed & Signed-Off Milestones: Non-refundable as source code, architectural assets, and completed deliverables are transferred to your repository.
- •Unstarted Future Milestones: 100% fully refundable immediately upon formal cancellation notice.
- •In-Progress Sprints: Billed strictly on actual engineering hours logged, with the remaining balance refunded pro-rata.
3. 30-Day Bug Warranty & Fix Guarantee
All custom software and web application deployments include an inclusive 30-Day Post-Launch Warranty. If any software defects, runtime errors, or scope discrepancies arise post-handover, our engineering team will rectify and deploy patches at zero additional charge.
4. Refund Processing & Timeline
Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days. A formal refund credit receipt is issued upon processing.
